wow...er...i'd have a word. send him a postcard with your picture on. no words on the back, just a drawing of a horses' head.
Hehe, one thing I've found true with the internet that you're not famous until someone steals your work XD. It's a shame that they can't think of thier own ideas but looks like someone was inspired.
